The Islamic Academy of Burlington County was officially founded in September of 2008 and is now registered with the state of NewJersey Department of Education as a private school. The formalized school was the natural progression of what had been a home schooling network beginning in July 2005.
The 2011-12 academic year began with 35 registered students and 5 full time teachers, 5 part time teachers, as well as several volunteers. The school is currently offering a program that includes PreK and goes up to 6th grade. We hope to add an additional grade each school year, inshallah, and eventually move towards a complete PreK-12 program.

Alhamdullilah, the IABC New Facility Project on Sunset Rd has been granted written approval by the Planning Board of Burlington Township. May Allah swt reward all those that have supported this noble cause for an Islamic Center in the heart of Burlington County as well as the First Islamic School of South Jersey.
The final costs for Phase I will be around $240,000 of which around $230,000 has been collected. Please donate generously to help us build the "First Islamic School of South Jersey" along with a vibrant Islamic Center. May Allah swt reward each and every one of you for your Tax Exempt Donations:
